Aruwa Capital at the Youth in Business Forum

Aruwa Capital was represented on one of the panels at the Youth in Business Forum 2023 which held in Lagos Nigeria.

The theme for this year’s forum was Prepare for funding. The Youth in Business Forum is a platform where business leaders, state actors, and diplomats share stories and insights with start-ups on how to grow and scale.

Adesuwa discussed her journey raising funding for Aruwa Capital, and also shared some of the tips that contributed to the success of Aruwa Capital closing a $20 million oversubscribed fund from a mix of local and international private and institutional investors.

She also provided insights to aspiring founders on what investors look out for, due diligence and how branding, visibility and strategic thought leadership can accelerate fundraising objectives.
